Ceiling mount, passive infrared (PIR) sensor that sends advertising signifying an alarm when it detects movement.
12 x 12m detection area, dibit passive IR provides anti-false alarm and anti-pet under 15Kg.
Note that this beacon is not an iBeacon nor Eddystone beacon. The advertising data is instead wholly used for sensor data. The beacon broadcasts the MAC address with alarm, a low battery report when the battery is low and a heartbeat every 24hrs. You will need to create an app or use a gateway to scan and get the advertising data.
